I Am Ready Program

LASER has a program to assist in emergency readiness called "I am Ready".

  • You can download the Fillable Intake Form below, take your own photos and embed them in the form.  Instructions are provided.

  • LASER can do this for you if you need help.  We will prepare your Intake Forms before disaster strikes, with photos of your animals, and provide copies of the shelter rules and waiver.  When you must evacuate your home, bring these documents to present at the shelter. This will expedite the intake process, meaning less time waiting in line, and ensure accuracy of animal and owner identification.  Contact us through this site and we will arrange a time and place to do this for you!
